Get it done. Own it.
In my words…
My colleagues have compared me to “The Wolf” of Pulp Fiction fame, as I thrive solving urgent, critical problems and have a knack for working with teams to “get the job done”. I am a player-coach, noted for team-building, data-driven discipline, pragmatism, integrity, honesty and disarming humor. I have invested years of my life assisting the world’s most accomplished data scientists, inventors and developers turn their inventions into viable businesses. My work spans industries from heavily regulated businesses to R&D companies to fast-paced, big data quantitative trading. What do these all have in common? There is always a huge disconnect between what constitutes “market driven demand” and the nature of delivery.
I promote risk-taking coupled with disciplined measurement and monitoring. The difference between being lucky and good is that with proper analysis, you create more opportunities for good luck. I coach. I listen. I learn. Then I drive the hardest part - getting it done with real world constraints.
